Role Overview

We’re looking to connect with an experienced Account Executive who can own and scale Aiuta’s B2B sales efforts across international markets.

This role blends strategic outreach, relationship management, and hands-on deal execution, ensuring Aiuta’s solutions reach the most forward-thinking fashion brands and retailers. You’ll be the bridge between potential clients and our product and marketing teams, ensuring our innovations meet real industry needs and create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B clients across fashion, retail, and e-commerce sectors.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

  • Build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships and key industry partnerships.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Aiuta’s growth vision.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate client feedback into actionable insights.

  • Maintain clean sales ops including logging research, forecasting, activities, and conversion data in the CRM

  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Represent Aiuta at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B tech sales experience, within fashion retail and e-commerce.

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or other technology-driven environments, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear client value.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client pipelines.

  • Solid understanding of the fashion industry ecosystem and digital transformation trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferably: based in North America or EMEA, with native-level English.
